About HLZ

Brief History

Hills Learning Zone was established in September 2008 in Corinthian Hills Clubhouse as a children’s learning center due to the growing demand for quality education.  After nearly 3 years, we have decided to expand and move our school at the heart of the business district, Ortigas Center.

Our Philosophy

IMG_0971At Hills Learning Zone (HLZ), we aim to promote fun and meaningful experiences, as well as foster the holistic development among young children. As a progressive preschool, we offer an individualized program by providing developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) as we value and recognize the uniqueness and individuality of each child. Moreover, our program allows young children to interact at their own level of development. We believe that children are active learners who learn best through structured and hands-on activities

 A Stimulating Environment

IMG_6128HLZ classrooms create a fun, safe and stimulating environment to provide meaningful learning experiences for your child every day. Our various learning areas cater to continuous progress of each child’s developmental skills.

Our High Reach Curriculum Approach

IMG_6021We believe that children learn best by actively engaging with people and things in their environment. Children develop critical-thinking skills and intellectual curiosity through hands-on experiences and assisted discovery as they explore concepts through play.

Our Highly Trained Teachers

Our dedicated and highly trained teachers provide learning experiences that focus on promoting your child’s cognitive, creative, language, physical and social/ emotional development. All teachers have a degree in Child Development Education, Development Education, and Psychology.
